The Little Red Riding Hood Reconditioning Technique addresses the underlying unconscious dynamics of problems. Due to the strange nature of the unconscious mind which has the logic of a child, whether you are an adult or a child, is outlined, reprocessed and desensitized towards empowerment and self-mastery.
The balance of the mother/father/child states of being are restored within, to promote and foster alignment with an individual’s highest and best future. The tools and skills are integrated which provide the mechanisms to deal with, understand and implement constructive changes, as well as maintain the inner therapeutic journey. The logical consequences of the logic of the unconscious mind illustrates the core underlying confusions that underlie most challenges and problems.
The 3 primary states of being that are operating within an individual namely the mother/ father and child are addressed and balanced in an individual relative to early childhood emotional patterns and belief systems which have been adopted. These patterns, if not reprocessed, tend to repeat later in life and result in cyclical repetition of problems.
By identifying the interplay of these dynamics within an individual, and by rebalancing these states of being towards integration and empowerment, positive solutions and constructive change may emerge. If a support structure is missing in early childhood either symbolically (emotional absence) or physically e.g., death or separation, the individual may, in turn have trouble in accessing and embodying that state of being for themselves. The balance of these inner states of being results in an individual becoming more whole, complete and fulfilled as an individual.
The addictive cycle relative to the underlying unconscious emotional patterns and belief systems is addressed and outlined. These dynamics determine a large part of an individual’s behaviour and functioning in life. Conscious intellectual information of how to rationally make changes to the addictive cycle does not often bridge into the unconscious mind.
If the addictive cycle is not addressed on this level, changes may be merely symptomatic and reappear in a different addictive form or cycle. Constructive change and longer lasting changes may occur experientially once the underlying patterns and dynamics are reprocessed and desensitized. A 6-phase process is incorporated to both identify and reprocess these dynamics.
The nature of these dynamics as well as the strange logic of the unconscious mind are illustrated and investigated.
The principles of hypnotherapy are incorporated with a projective drawing and story-telling technique for the identification and reprocessing of the underlying dynamics of the unconscious mind.
The story of Little Red Riding Hood holds all the dynamics of the unconscious mind. When in a relaxed state, each person will tell a different story. The way in which the story is told will indicate the unconscious, repetitive ways of coping and dealing with life, for both adults and children. By reprocessing and desensitising the story, the corresponding changes are integrated and the parallels in life become evident. The individual gains insights into the nature of the logic of the unconscious mind. Tools and skills become available, via the story, which allow for constructive change as sabotaging emotional patterns and belief systems are reprocessed.
The process allows for a discovery of the self where questions evolve to become experiential answers. The overall health, vitality and life force of an individual improve accordingly.
The identification of the unconscious, hidden emotional patterns and belief systems which underlie all problems and challenges
The six-phase therapeutic process will provide the tools and skills to:
