Course description

This interactive course will give you a fundamental understanding of strength and conditioning training principles, learn to apply these principles and knowledge in your clients’ rehabilitation programmes.  

This clinically orientated course includes practical S&C sessions with case studies and rehabilitation programme design.  Rehabilitation is the cornerstone of successful outcomes!

Learning outcomes:

  1. Develop an understanding of the fundamental strength and conditioning training principles.
  2. Identify areas where S&C principles should be applied in injury rehabilitation.
  3. Understand the relationship between pain and rehabilitation. 
  4. Design training interventions to support rehabilitation and return-to-performance.
