This interactive course will give you a fundamental understanding of strength and conditioning training principles, learn to apply these principles and knowledge in your clients’ rehabilitation programmes.
This clinically orientated course includes practical S&C sessions with case studies and rehabilitation programme design. Rehabilitation is the cornerstone of successful outcomes!
