Physiotherapy Management of the ICU Patient

Course description

During this one-day interactive course the aim will be to refresh old knowledge in respiratory physiotherapy for outpatients, in hospital and ICU respiratory physiotherapy.  New evidence in respiratory physiotherapy will be discussed and old ideas and treatment regimes will be challenged and scrutinized.  The issue of obtaining informed consent in a vulnerable patient population will also be covered.
