Massage schools all over the world teach their students not to touch cancer patients. The Yuri Shtern Holistic Center for complementary treatments for people dealing with cancer in Jerusalem, in cooperation with the Oncology Department of Shaare Zedek Hospital in Israel, have developed methods that are suitable for this population. In this workshop we will learn what you can and what you cannot do with a cancer patient. We will learn a gentle massage technique, and ways to approach Patients with different needs and in different stages.
