(FULLY BOOKED) Advances in Electrical Technologies (ET) for Physiotherapists

Course description

Increase treatment options, improve patient care, and enhance revenue streams.

The course is designed to enable you to treat more conditions with greater efficacy than ever before using new evidence-based technologies.

You  will learn about the latest approaches to electrical current technologies and modalities. This will assist you in treating difficult conditions such as complex regional pain syndrome and other chronic painful conditions more effectively. The modalities, including  TENs, direct currents, and pulsed radio frequency currents, allow for the management of pain, inflammation, oedema, improved immune responses, increased range of motion and the regeneration of nerve damage.

Explanations will be provided to give you a deeper understanding of how specific pathologies may respond positively to these electrical modalities.  This will allow you to select the appropriate medical electrical modalities for a specific pathology.
