(CANCELLED) Treating Thoracic Spine Disorders - Evening Workshop

Course description

A 3-hour practical workshop

Successful management of any thoracic syndrome is contingent upon two factors:

  • the therapist’s ability to constantly assess and interpret the history and clinical signs and symptoms of the disorder; and

  • the skill of administering therapeutic techniques.

This workshop presents a unique clinical method of assessment and treatment of thoracic spine disorders.

In addition, the thoracic spine presents a significant challenge to the clinician, not least because this region has been somewhat neglected in terms of new research and the publication of clinical papers. A further challenge to the therapist is that some somatic, musculoskeletal conditions may co-exist with, superimpose, or mimic visceral conditions.
