Renowned South African physiotherapist, Arie Michaeli, has developed a Revolutionary, Clinically Proven, Active, manual therapy approach to enhance regulation of the Endocannabinoid System for Pain Modulation.

Arie graduated as a physiotherapist from the world-renowned Wingate Institute in Israel where he also completed a one-year post-graduate diploma in Manual Therapy.  He emigrated to South Africa in 1985, and in 1992 he obtained a master's degree in Physical Therapy majoring in Orthopaedics, from the University of the Witwatersrand.

With over 30 years of clinical experience and research, Arie has developed the Exercise and Function without Pain (EFWP) concept, a dynamic manual therapy approach that utilises a combination of isometric exercise, active physiological oscillatory mobilisation, and end-of-range passive stretching.  In July 2019, Arie was invited to the United States to present the Exercise and Function without Pain concept at well-attended workshops in Florida and New York.  The workshop has also been presented over 30 times in Southern Africa.
